8 Alternatives to coffee in the morning
Sleep is very important, and enough sleep is essential for good health. If you don’t get enough sleep, you may have problems with waking up in the morning. But you can still refresh your morning in several ways without consuming any cup of coffee.
Drinking coffee can be a comfortable ritual for many when they wake up in the morning, but many people may encounter health problems from this habit or simply become addicted to coffee, diminishing its revitalizing effect.
Here are some interesting alternatives that you can go for instead of drinking coffee!
1. Listen to music
I discovered that sometimes I simply do not have time to do my coffee, when I am getting ready to go to work. And, sometimes though I am awake, I have no time to enjoy the coffee. So I replaced my morning coffee with music. The first thing I do when I leave the house is to listen to music on headphones or a radio, discovering that it wakes me up faster than coffee.
2. Drink water

It may seem impractical, but it is a very effective method of refreshing. Direct contact with cold and fresh air in the morning can wake you up very quickly. Moreover, moving in the fresh air improves your blood circulation and prepares you for a day full of tasks.
5. Eat breakfast
Breakfast is very important to start a day with energy. Eat some bread and eggs, muesli or oatmeal. Your body will have enough energy to be responsive starting from the morning. 6. Activate your thinking
When you wake up, engage in activities that demand your brain. You can check your correspondence (or emails) or do other difficult tasks.
